北方三省区吸毒成瘾人群主要医疗用药物滥用获得途径分析

摘要

Objective To understand the ways of obtaining the main medical drugs among the drug addicts in the three provinces of northern China,and to provide scientific basis for strengthening the supervision of medical drugs.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out an epidemiological among 5,677 drug addicts from compulsory isolation treatment centers in Gansu,Ningxia and Inner Mongolia.Results Compound diphenoxylate tablets,tramadol,triazolam and diazepam mainly came from regular drug stores and clinics and were mainly purchased in private;piperidine hydrochloride was mainly from friends,black markets and hospitals.Conclusion High attention should be paid to the abuse risks of medical drugs,to strengthen the co-treatment and supervision of medical drugs with potential abuse,and to eliminate the blind spots in the sales and use of medical drugs at the grass-roots level,and to minimize the disadvantages of special drugs.%目的 了解甘肃省、宁夏回族自治区和内蒙古自治区吸毒成瘾人群主要医疗用药物滥用的获得途径,为规范医疗用药品监管提供科学依据.方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷,对北方三省区强制隔离戒毒所内抽取的5 677例吸毒成瘾者,开展流行病学调查.结果 复方地芬诺酯片、曲马多、三唑仑和地西泮主要来源于正规药店和正规诊所,且以私下购买为主;盐酸哌替啶主要来源于朋友、黑市和医院.结论 应高度关注医疗用药物存在的滥用风险,加强有滥用潜力医疗用药物的共治监管,消除在基层销售和使用环节的监管盲区,最大限度减少特殊药品的流弊.
