The plasma emission spectra have been measured with pulsed Nd : YAG laser ablating metal Al target in air. The dependence of temperature and density of the electron and emission spectra line intensity on the space are studied. The results show that Al atoms line intensity is much stronger than the ion line intensity,and it decays slowly and sustains longer space distance; the electron temperature and electron density decline with the increase of the spatial distance,and their spatial distribution rule is similar.%利用Nd:YAG脉冲激光烧蚀Al靶,观测在空气中产生的等离子体发射光谱.研究了等离子体光谱强度以及等离子体电子温度和电子密度的空间变化规律.结果表明:铝原子谱线强度比离子谱线强度强得多,且衰减慢,持续的空间距离较长;等离子体的电子温度与电子密度都随空间距离的增加呈下降趋势,空间分布规律相似.
