基于 SOA 的移动交通事故救援辅助决策系统设计与研究

摘要

Because the information separation of the traffic accident rescue department causes res-cue scheduling problems,SOA technology is used to integrate the rescue department information system in traffic field based on the in-depth analysis of the rescue department information charac-teristics,which constructs the model of traffic accident rescue including information acquisition and processing and proposes the optimal scheduling and optimal path selection method of the res-cue process.WebService and Android are used to construct the mobile traffic accident rescue deci-sion support system based on SOA.Some examples are used to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the rescue decision plan.The system not only provides a theoretical basis for the traffic management department to formulate a reasonable rescue plan but also greatly enhances the efficiency of traffic accident rescue.%针对目前交通事故救援部门信息分离而导致救援调度滞后的问题，在深入分析救援部门信息特征的基础上，利用 SOA 技术将事发交通领域内的相关救援部门信息系统进行了整合，构建了信息采集与处理为一体的交通事故救援模型，并提出了救援过程中最优资源调度和最优路径选择方法。同时，利用 WebService 技术和 Android 平台，建立了基于 SOA 的移动交通事故救援决策系统，并且通过实例验证了辅助决策救援方案的有效性和可行性。系统研究不仅为交通管理部门制定合理的救援方案提供了理论依据，而且极大地提升了交通事故的救援效率。
