The filmForestGumpdisplays the important events happened in the three turbulent decades (1950s-1980s) in American history.The film alludes to many allusions of proper names related to American celebrities and eventsThe paper explores subtitling allusion of proper names in the filmfrom the perspective of Skopos Theory,based on the definition,classificationand translation methodsof allusionbyRitvaLeppihalme.The Results indicate that the subtitler uses different methods to effectively translate the cultural meaning of allusionsin the film realize the communicative purpose.%电影《阿甘正传》向观众呈现了美国历史上(1950s-1980s)动荡的三十年所发生的重要事件.电影中影射了大量与美国名人、事件等相关的专有名词典故.本文从目的论视角,基于RitvaLeppihalme对典故的定义、分类和翻译方法,考察译者是如何处理专有名词典故的字幕翻译,翻译方法的选择受何因素影响.研究结果表明,译者在翻译专有名词典故时,基于不同因素的考虑,采用了灵活多样的翻译方法,较好地传递了源语典故中的文化内涵,实现了交际目的.
