电控主动防滑差速器的设计与性能仿真研究

         

摘要

设计了一种电控主动防滑差速器,探讨了其机械结构组成与工作过程,从理论上分析了影响左右半轴扭矩分配的影响因子,基于PID实现了闭环控制;建立了AMESim差速器机械结构模型及控制器的仿真模型,进行了性能试验与分析.结果表明:所设计的新型电控主动防滑差速器能够根据车辆工况连续调节锁紧系数,实时调节左右半轴输出扭矩,改善了车辆的操纵稳定性以及行驶安全性.%An electronically controlled antiskid differential was designed.The mechanical structure and operating principle of this differential was discussed.The main factors to torque distribution between drive shafts were analyzed.PID closed-loop control system of the differential was designed.The mechanical structure model and controller simulation model were established by using AMESim.Experimental results show that the electronically controlled antiskid differential can regulate locking coefficient and torque of drive shafts continuously when operating modes of vehicles have been changed.Handling stability and driving safety of vehicles have been improved.
