大学生就业指导课程教学改革初探--以济源职业技术学院为例

摘要

为了全面提升高校毕业生综合素质，缓解日益增大的就业压力，本文对就业指导课程进行深入研究，从教学内容、方法、形式等方面强化学生的就业择业理念，提升教师专业理论素质和实践经验，增强大学生就业指导课程的实践性。%In order to improve the comprehensive quality of college students and alleviate the employment pressures, a research is made on the course of college students employment guidance in the aspect of teaching content, teaching method, and teaching form to strengthen students” employment idea and improve teachers”theory and practice experience so that the practice can be enhanced for this course.
