全面学分制提前毕业生就业状况调查分析--以淮海工学院东港学院2011、2012届提前毕业生为例

摘要

The backward personnel training mode can not adapt to the rapid development of higher education and has become an important reason for the supply and demand of labor market .The overall credit system has become the important choice for the re-form of higher education .An investigation of the employment status of graduates in colleges and universities under the overall credit system, graduates has been made ,and it has been taken as a breakthrough to improve employment assistance system under the over -all credit system.%落后的人才培养模式不能适应高等教育跨越式发展成为就业市场供需矛盾日益激化的重要原因，全面学分制将成为高等教育改革的重要选择。从高校、毕业生、用人单位三个维度进行全面学分制提前毕业生就业状况调查分析，并以此为突破口完善全面学分制毕业生就业帮扶体系意义深远。
