论航空恐怖活动犯罪的刑事法预防

摘要

As one of terrorist crimes ,the aviation terrorism crimes have its own distinctive characteristics .Preventing civil avi-ation from assaulting by terrorist activities has profound significance .There are fewer academic research in this way because the civil aviation is a relatively closed field .From the perspective of criminal law and the characteristics of civil aviation , the paper proposes some measures to prevent the aviation terrorism crimes and recognize these terrorist crimes more clearly .%作为恐怖活动犯罪的一类，航空恐怖活动犯罪具有自身鲜明的特点，预防此类犯罪具有深刻的意义。但目前学界对此类犯罪的相关研究较少，究其原因与民航这一特殊领域相对封闭有关。从刑事法的角度并结合民航自身的特点来研究预防恐怖活动犯罪的措施，有利于防范和更清楚地认识此类恐怖活动犯罪。
