PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air tag registration management system that registers and manages an air tag so as to perform AR (Augmented Reality) display to an original document without editing, without describing a special symbol in the original document.SOLUTION: An air tag registration management system includes: a reading unit 11 that acquires image data by reading an image described on a two-dimensional medium; a display unit 21 that displays an image by using the acquired image data; a position reception unit 22 that receives designation of a position made into air tag in a displayed image from a user and acquires position information indicating the position; and a data reception unit 23 that receives designation of electronic data associated with the position from the user and acquires data information indicating electronic data; and a management unit 31 that stores and manages the image data, the position information and the data information that are associated with each other.
