明清徽州书院的规约制度研究

书院教育是中国传统教育的重要构成要素之一,对中国传统社会人才培养极其重要. 徽州书院在明清时期极为繁盛. 徽州书院的发展能够长久不衰,很大程度上是依赖于书院严格的规约制度. 徽州书院宗派的归属,学统的确立得益于书院严格的祭祀制度;山长选任制度使书院管理人才得到保证;书院明确的经费管理制度使书院日常管理活动的进行得到了保证;书院的学规,讲学制度为书院学术活动提供了有力保障. 一系列的规约制度是徽州书院延续千年的重要原因之一.%Academy of classical learning is one of the important elements of Chinese traditional education .The economy of Huizhou in the Qing Dynasties has experienced a long term prosperous.Development in Huizhou depends largely on the strict acade-my statute system.Huizhou benefited from the establishment of the academy of classical learning system, which is taken as a way to chose the management personnel.Regulations and the teaching system provided a strong guarantee to the academic activities of the academy of classical learning .which led to the continuation of Huizhou academy of classical learning.
