前档案行为伦理性的特质及行为主体伦理构建要义

摘要

Behavior before the file is different from the file finishing, management and utilization, the files in the act, and it is the starting point and the cornerstone of archival work. It is characterized with the main diversity, the complexity of the process, the consequences decisive and so on. Behavioral attitude towards science fact, the ability to accurately express the fact are the basic ethical requirements of the former behavior of actors file, and thus that ＂information is true, the integrity＂ is the fundamental principle of ethical behavior.%前档案行为区别于档案整理、管理与利用等后、中档案行为，是档案工作的起点与基石，具有主体多样性、过程复杂性、后果决定性等特点。科学对待行为事实的态度、准确表达行为事实的能力是前档案行为主体基本的伦理要求，并由此提出“信息的真实、完整性”是前档案行为伦理性的根本原则。
