高职院校学习型基层党组织建设探究--以常州工程职业技术学院机电及模具党支部为例

摘要

推进高职院校基层学习型党组织建设是建设马克思主义学习型政党的重要内容。本文以常州工程职业技术学院机电及模具党支部为例，通过几年来多方面建设高职院校学习型基层党组织建设的深入探究，不断增强基层党组织活力的有效载体，提升党支部的学习力、创新力、凝聚力和战斗力，充分调动支部党员学习自觉性和主动性，提高支部党员政治素质、理论水平和业务能力。%To promote the construction of a learning-oriented grass-roots Party organizations in higher voca-tional colleges is the important content of the construction of Marxist learning-oriented parties.Taking Party branches of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Mould Manufacturing and Processing in Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology for instance,effective carriers has been strengthened for enhancing the vitality of grass-roots Party organizations;learning ability,creativity,cohesion and combat effectiveness has been improved;learn-ing self-consciousness and initiative of branch party members have been fully motivated;and party members’polit-ical quality,theory level and business skills have been raised though several years of research on the construction of a learning-oriented grass-roots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges.
