构建基于“体系＋平台”模式下的校企融合顶岗实习质量监控体系

摘要

To tackle problems in students’ internship ,like inaccurate management and inefficient supervision , internship quality guarantee system should be established .Guidance should be given at the beginning ,w hile supervi-sion and feedback systems should be established later on .Internship summary ,assessment and thinking should also be emphasized .%为破解顶岗实习过程中存在管理不到位、缺乏有效监管等问题，高职院校应针对顶岗实习建立质量保障体系，即在实习前期做好实习指导；在实习过程中和结束后建立有效的管理、监督和反馈机制，时时监控学生实习状态；同时加强对顶岗实习过程的总结、评价和反思。
