Professional tutors are crucial in study atmosphere creation .Colleges should have a system of select-ing and assessing these tutors .Meanwhile ,tutors should strengthen their sense of responsibility ,improve their skills and enhance professional knowledge ,thus providing effective consultation for students .%专业导师在新生学风建设中的作用举足轻重。高校要建立专业导师选拔和考核制度，培养合格的专业导师。同时，专业导师要增强责任意识，提高沟通与指导技巧，不断加强专业素养，为学生提供有效指导。
