近年来,学校与企业对市场营销人才的供求出现了矛盾,一个很重要的原因便是高校还未深入调查、了解企业对营销人才的需求是什么,以致培养出来的学生实践能力严重不足。基于此,笔者在文献查阅和实地调研基础上,展开构建高职院校市场营销专业实践教学体系创新模式的实证研究。%In recent years ,there is coming out demand contradictions between the colleges and the enterprises . One of the very important reasons is that the colleges haven’t invested enterprises’ needs and requirements on the qualified personals deeply ,so that the graduates are of large shortage of practice abilities .On the basis of literature reviews and field researches ,The author conducts the empirical study on innovation modes of the practice teaching system construction of marketing in vocational College .
