武陵源自然遗产地管理绩效评价影响因素分析

摘要

在梳理前人相关研究的基础上,应用系统论的观指出影响武陵源自然遗产地的管理绩效评价的因素包括：影响社会绩效的社区居民满意度、游客体验满意度、员工工作满意度因素;影响经济绩效的旅游经济、旅游就业、地区经济增长因素;影响生态绩效的生态效率、生态表现、生态影响因素.%Based on the previous study and the system theory,the influencing factors for Wulingyua natural heritage management performance evaluation are as follows：satisfaction of residents,tourists and employees for the social performance;tourism economy,tourism employment,and local economic development for the economic performance;and ecological efficiency,manifestation and influences for the ecological performance.
