民国时期祁县中学创办夜读教育的现实启示

The recently discovered ＂General Regulations of Xiyin School＂ of Qixian Middle School in the Republic of China is a precious historical material. At the beginning of the last century, in the Movement of ＂Establishing New Education＂ all over the country, Qixian Middle School, belonging to the County government, taking advantage of its educational resources, established the evening school for ordinary people, which enhanced the extension education. It is of great inspiration to promote the national education and to build a studying society in contemporary China.%不久前发现的民国时期祁县中学《惜阴学校简章》是一份珍贵的历史资料。上世纪初，举国兴起的“新学”运动中，祁县中学作为一所县办中学，能够主动利用学校教育资源，面向社会创办夜读学校，拓展校外教育难能可贵。它对于我国当代推进全民教育和建设学习型社会，具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
