高校思想政治教学系统育人功能探究——基于“以人为本”视角

The ideological and political teaching system is the key component of the greater uni- versity ideological and political educational system, which serves as the main channel of ideo- logical and political education of college students. There is great significance in strengthening the educational function of the ideological and political education system to train qualified suc- cessors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Based on the "people-oriented" per- spective, the paper advances five approaches to strengthening the educational function: educa- tional concept, educational environment, construction of teachers~ ethics, reform of theoretical ideological and political courses and other curriculum reform, promoting the actual effect of ideological and political teaching.%思想政治教学系统是高校思想政治教育大系统的关键组成部分，是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道。强化思想政治教学系统的育人功能，对于培养合格的中国特色社会主义事业接班人具有重要的现实意义。立足于“以人为本”的视角，强调从教育教学理念、育人环境、师德师风建设、思想政治理论课改革和其他各类课程改革等五个路径强化其育人功能，提升思想政治教学实际效果。
