硫化铟纳米棒的溶剂热合成及表征

利用乙酰丙酮铟作为铟源，十二硫醇为硫源，在吡啶溶剂热体系中合成制备了四方相硫化铟纳米棒，并对纳米棒的形成机制进行了研究．%A kind of convenience route to prepare InzS3 nanorods was introduced. In the pyridine solvothermal system, In(acac) 3 was used as the indium source, lauryl mercaptan as the sulfur source. The formation mechanism of the nanorods was also proposed.
