一种纳米棒状硫化镉的溶剂热法合成与表征

     

摘要

采用溶剂热法合成了硫化镉纳米棒,其产物结构与性能经 XRD, FE-SEM,UV 分析表征,同时探讨了反应机理。结果表明硫和溶剂在硫化镉纳米棒生成过程中有重要的作用。在紫外可见吸收光谱中,纳米结构的硫化镉纳米棒与块状硫化镉相比发生了29 nm 的蓝移。%CdS nanorods were prepared by the solvothermal route. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission electron microscope (FE-SEM) and ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) absorption. The growth mechanism of the CdS nanorods was discussed. The results indicate that, the sulfur source and the solvent play significant roles in the formation of uniform nanorods. In the UV-vis, the absorption peak has a 29 nm blue shift compared with bulk CdS.
