本研究自编调查问卷，对“2+1”人才培养模式下学生党建工作进行了调查研究。调查结果显示：目前高职院校党校培训工作卓有成效，学生入党动机比较积极，乐于参加实践教学，对网络培训的积极性也较高，学生党员发展较为规范。与此同时，由于学生在校时间短等因素，学校党组织对学生的入党培养考察不充分，群众评议不够全面；党校培训内容、形式需要进一步完善；对学生党员的后续管理和教育也需要继续跟进。%Through the self-designed questionnaire, this article has an investigation on the students' party construction work under the mode of"2+1"talent training. The results showed that the training work is effec⁃tive, the college students have positive motivation of joining the Party, and they are willing to take part in prac⁃tical teaching and are active in the network training. The work of developing party members is normalized in higher vocational colleges. Meanwhile, due to the shorter college periods, the college party organization lacks sufficient time to cultivate and investigate the party member candidates, and there is not a comprehensive pub⁃lic evaluation. The college party organization needs to further improve the training content and mode, and the subsequent management and education of the student party members needs following up as well.
