PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden for retrieving a position of a terminal in recording a terminal moving trace.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a monitoring time table 15 for recording starting time, a position monitoring part 69 for intermittently retrieving a position of a student terminal 5 after the starting time elapses, a trace table 16 for recording the trace of the position, and a trace providing part 73 for returning the trace to a parent terminal 6 through a communication line network 3 when the trace is required from the parent terminal 6 through the communication line network 3. The burden of the attending and leaving school management device 1 is reduced by retrieving the position of the student terminal 5 only after the starting time elapses.
