高等职业教育与地方经济协调发展现状与对策分析--以晋城市为例

摘要

大力发展职业教育对调整优化地方产业结构、加快经济转型都具有十分重要的意义。在晋城市政府提出“以煤为基础的多元发展的循环经济产业链条模式”的“十二五”时期，晋城职业技术学院只有与区域经济协调发展，才能建设成一流高职院校。本文采用定量与定性分析相结合的方式，研究高等职业教育与区域经济协调发展关系，针对存在的问题提出对策建议。%It is of vital significance for the adjustment and optimization of local industrial structure and the acceleration of economic transformation to develop the vocational education vigorously. Only by coordinated de⁃velopment with the local economy can Jincheng Institute become a first-class vocational college during the peri⁃od of the“Twelfth Five Year Plan”when Jincheng government proposed“circular economy industry chain mod⁃el of diversified development based on coal mine”. By way of combing the quantitative and qualitative analysis, the paper studies the relations between the coordinated development of higher vocational education and local economy, and puts some countermeasures in view of the existing problems.
