国产吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用

摘要

Aim: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of stapling technique in anus-saving operations for patients with low rectal cancer. Methods: Since june 1988, this technique was used in ninetyeight patients with low rectal cancer, among which 75 patients (76.53％) were low anastomosis (below peritoneal reflection) and 65 patients were low rectal carcer(8 cm or less from anal verge) accounted for 62.50％ of all low rectal cancer in this period. Results: Four patients had anastomotic fistula, anastomotic stricture occurred in 3 patients (3.06％), anastomotic ulcer in 1 (1.02％) and local recurrence in 4 (4.08％), respectively. Conclusion: The stapling device is a safe and feasible choice anus-saving operation of low rectal cancer.%目的：评价国产管状吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛术中的安全性和实用性。方法：从1988年至2000年2月，应用该技术行直肠癌保肛手术98例，其中低位吻合(吻合口位于腹膜返折平面以下者)75例，占76．53％，内65例系低位直肠癌(距肛缘8 cm以内)，超低位吻合16例，占24．62％。结果：所有患者的吻合器切除圈完整。术后吻合口漏4例(4．08％)，吻合口狭窄3例(3．06％)，吻合口溃疡1例(1．02％)，局部复发4例(4．08％)。结论：国产吻合器吻合法可作为低位直肠癌保肛手术的一种安全可靠的术式选择。
