中药复方对口腔致病粪肠球菌超微结构的影响

     

摘要

目的:观察黄芩、大黄、五倍子、蛇床子4种药物及其配伍组合的中药复方对口腔致病粪肠球菌超微结构的影响。方法:采用透射电镜进行观察中药处理后的粪肠球菌形态结构的改变。结果:经黄芩处理后的粪肠球菌细胞壁较完整,胞浆轻度变性;大黄组大部分胞壁不完整,破裂呈不连续状态,质壁分离严重,胞浆内可见大量颗粒样黑色沉淀;五倍子组的胞壁无明显变化,胞浆基本完整;蛇床子组胞壁变薄,胞浆变性严重;中药复方组的细胞壁失去原有结构而明显变薄或消失,细胞变形,出现裂解或自溶状态,核浆消失,大量细胞内容物外排。结论:中药复方对口腔致病粪肠球菌抗菌效果良好。%Aim:To evaluate the effects of Radix Scutellariae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Galla chinen-sis,Cnidium monnieri and their combination on ultramicrostructure changes in the cell structure of Entero-coccus faecalis.Methods:Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultramicrostructure changes in the cell structure of Enterococcus faecalis.Results:Intact cell wall and mild degeneration in cytoplasm were observed in Enterococcus faecalis of the Radix Scutellariae group.Incomplete cell wall, serious plasmolysis and a lot of black precipitations in cytoplasm were seen in the Radix et Rhizoma Rhei group.There was no obvious alteration in cell wall and cytoplasm found in the Galla chinensis group.At-tenuated cell wall and highly degenerated cytoplasm were observed in the Cnidium monnieri group.While in the Chinese medicine compound group,loss of cellular integrity of Enterococcus faecalis was also found such as deformed,cracked and autolyzed cells,attenuated or dissolved cell wall,dissolved nucleoplasm and outleakage of cytoplasm.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine compound has significantly high antibac-terial effects on Enterococcus faecalis within mouth.
