“立体几何公理3”在篮球投篮技术中的应用研究

         

摘要

Geometry widely applied,also played an increasingly prominent role in sports training.The paper introduced geometry applications in basketball shooting training so as to improve the rate of shooting.Using comparison with observation,experiment and other research methods,the paper used three-dimesional geometric axiom 3 to quantify the action shooting,and solve the technical difficulty of basketball shooting.The results showed:using three-dimensional geometric axiom 3 to guide shooting teaching and training to standardize the regulation of shooting technical action have positive effect to improve the rate of shooting,provide a new feasible approach for teaching and training basketball shooting in future.%几何具有广泛应用性,在体育训练中也发挥着越来越明显的作用,介绍立体几何在篮球投篮训练中的应用,以提高投篮的命中率。采用观察比较法、实验等研究方法,运用"立体几何公理3"量化投篮动作,解决篮球投篮的技术难点。结果表明:运用"立体几何公理3"指导投篮教学训练对规范投篮技术动作,提高投篮的命中率效果显著,并为以后的篮球运动投篮技术教学训练提供新的可行性途径。
