This study examined the effects of supplementation whey protein, or placebo on VO2max and Aerobic Endurance, researched effects of intaking whey protein on aerobic exercise power as well. Methods : twelve healthy males who major in PE participated in this research study. Single -blind design was employed,and the experiment was finished in 6 weeks. Participants performed three times increasing the load continuous on Anaerobic power cycling which lasted for three minutes followed by consumption of 7g whey -protein, 14g whey- protein or placebo half an hour before exercise, also performed twelve minutes aerobic en- durance running followed by consumption of 7g whey -protein, 14g whey -protein or placebo. Results: There was significantly different between supplementation 7g whey - protein and placebo ( p 〈. 05 ), similarly there was very significantly different be- tween intaking 7g whey -protein and 14g whey -protein( p 〈. O1 ). There was significantly different between supplementation 7g , lgg whey - protein and placebo( p 〈. 05 ). Conclusion : supplementation different mount of whey - protein has different effects on VO2max, supplementation whey- protein before exercise may improve aerobic endurance.%研究补服不同量的乳清蛋白后人体最大吸氧量及有氧耐力的变化,探讨补服乳清蛋白对人体有氧运动能力的影响。方法:采用单盲实验法,以体育系12名健康男性大学生作为被试,分为两个阶段共六周进行试验。每个阶段补服3次不同的补剂,第一个阶段在无氧功率自行车上进行3个连续3min的递增负荷运动;第二个阶段进行12min跑的耐力运动。补服7g和14g乳清蛋白与安慰剂相比最大吸氧量水平都有不同程度的变化,补服7g,14g乳清蛋白与安慰剂相比差异性显著(p〈0.05);机体有氧耐力水平出现显著性差异(P〈0.05)。(1)补服不同量的乳清蛋白都不同程度影响人体的最大吸氧量水平。(2)补服乳清蛋白饮料可能会提高人体的有氧耐力。
