为探讨形体训练对高校女生身体形态的影响,运用问卷调查、数理统计、实验研究等研究方法,采用配对设计的实验方案,对30名高校女生进行为期16周的形体训练。结果表明:经过训练参与实验女生的体重无明显变化,而瘦体重明显增加,体脂量、体脂百分率、腰围、臀围和WHR明显降低,与训练前比较均具有显著性差异,说明形体训练能减少高校女生体内的脂肪含量,促进肌肉发达,使身体向健、力、美方向转化,对女大学生的静态形体美、动态美、气质美有良好的促进作用,并能为其贯彻终身体育思想打下良好的基础。%To research the impact of physique exercises on female university students' body-morph.This paper uses the way of questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics,experimental study and some other analyzing methods.30 female university students do physique exercises in pairs for a period of 16 weeks.the result indicates that training for 16 weeks later,the weight of girl university students has no apparently change;But it significantly decreases in body fat mass,fat percentage,waistline,hpi and WHR,and training has a noticable difference.It shows physique exercises can reduce excess body fat,promote muscle,transmitting to health,strength and beauty,and also has the function to upswing the static beauty,moving beauty and temperament beauty,and can found a solid foundation of thinking of all life exercise.
