海峡两岸体育学硕士研究生培养方式的比较研究--基于培养目标、课程设置及学术能力培养的视角

摘要

Using the comparative study,it discusses the differences and similarities between Mainland China and Taiwan in educa-tional objectives, majors,curriculum and thesis guidance in Graduate Program of Physical Education . Conclusions:both Mainland China and Taiwan are similar in educational objectives, but different in the core competencies development, in which Taiwan ac-cords more with professional requirements than the mainland; the two are different in majors and elective system, but similar in curriculum structure;development of academic competencies is greatly different between the two;adjustment in employment targets is a common problem for the both.%采用比较研究的方法，对两岸体育学硕士研究生教育的培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、论文指导等方面进行比较研究，结论：两岸培养目标相似，但拟培养的核心能力不同，台湾地区更符合专业要求；两岸专业设置不同，课程结构相似，选课制度不同；两岸学术能力培养过程差别较大；调整就业目标是两岸面对的共性问题。
