老龄大鼠海马CA3区神经元锥体细胞超微结构变化

摘要

目的观察老龄大鼠海马CA3区神经元锥体细胞的超微结构变化。方法将Wistar大鼠分为老龄组和成年组，应用透射电镜观察海马CA3区锥体细胞超微结构。结果老龄组CA3区锥体细胞出现核膜内陷、核仁体积减少，线粒体肿胀、变性等形态学改变。结论大鼠在衰老过程中，海马CA3区锥体细胞超微结构出现退行性改变。%Objective　To observe the ultrastructural change of neuronal pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3 area of aged rats.Methods　Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups:the control group and the test group and the ultrastructure of neuronal pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3 area was observed with JEM-1200 EX TEM.Results　Morphological changes such as nuclear membrane invagination,reduction of nucleolar volume,mitochondrial swelling and degeneration occurred to neuronal pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3 area.Conclusion　Retorgrade may appear in the ultrastructure of neuronal pyramidal cells in hippocampus CA3 area with rat senility.
