文章指明了在工业生产中对数控磨床床身进行静态与动态分析的重要性,并利用有限元工具软件建立了有限元模型,对所分析目标进行了线性静态结构分析、模态振型分析及谐响应分析,得出了分析目标在一般工作情况下的力的影响作用.为机床研发者在设计过程中与用户操作过程中提供了参考数据.此外本文所介绍的先进设计方法,可以推广到现代普遍机械设计过程中.%The article pointed out the importance of static and dynamic analysis was carried out on the grinding machine in industrial production,and established the finite element model,using the finite element tool software for analyzing the structure of the linear static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,the influence of the force that is in the general work cases is obtained.For research and development of machine tool in the design process and provides reference data in the process of user actions.In addition this paper introduces the advanced design method,can be applied to the modern mechanical design process generally.
