本文阐述了新工科专业情况下高校土木工程专业人才培养方案存在的主要问题,分析了问题形成成因,并提出了解决问题的有效措施.%This paper,expounded the main problems in personnel training program are mainly discussed for civil en-gineering specialty based on new engineering course,analyzed the producing factors of these problems and given the effective measures to solve these problems.
