花楸树果实中氨基酸及化学元素的含量检测

         

摘要

Three different colors of fruits of Sorbus pohuashanensis were taken as the experimental materials , the results of amino acid and chemical elements content were indicated that there were significant differences be -tween them .Amino acid type of red, orange, yellow fruits were 13, 11, 14, respectively; total content were 324.485 mg· kg-1、283.118 mg· kg-1、371.590 mg· kg-1 ,respectively;it contained 6~7 kinds of essential amino acids, 1 kinds of half essential amino acid .Microelements were Cu、Zn、Mn and Fe, and the content were respectively 2.76 mg· g-1、4.88 mg· g-1、1.98 mg· g-1 and 0.08 mg· g-1;Macroelement were K、Mg、Ca、Na,and the content were respectively 12.47 mg· g-1、2.84 mg· g-1、1.39 mg· g-1 and 0.37 mg·g-1 .%以花楸树3种不同颜色的果实为材料,检测其氨基酸和化学元素种类与含量,结果表明:3种颜色果实中氨基酸的种类与含量存在明显差异,红色、橙色、黄色果实含有的氨基酸种类分别为13种、11种、14种,总含量分别为324.485 mg· kg-1、283.118 mg· kg-1、371.590 mg· kg-1;含6~7种人体必需氨基酸,1种人体半必需氨基酸。微量元素有Cu、Zn、Mn和Fe,含量分别为2.76 mg· g-1、4.88 mg· g-1、1.98 mg· g-1和0.08 mg· g-1;大量元素有K、Mg、Ca、Na,含量分别为12.47 mg· g-1、2.84 mg· g-1、1.39 mg· g-1和0.37 mg· g-1。
