韩国养老保险制度的实践经验及其启示

摘要

Along with the industrialization and modernization,South Korea＇s economic and social rapidly development.In this process,the development and improvement of the pension insurance system has achieved recognized success.In the late 1990s,South Korea＇s national pension system had covered all workers.China and South Korea share many similarities in the cultural traditions,social structure and economic development model. The successful practice experience of pension insurance system in South Korea has realistic reference for the system establishment and improvement for China.%伴随着工业化、现代化的推进,韩国的经济社会得到快速的发展,在此过程中,其养老保险制度的发展与完善取得了公认的成功。20世纪90年代末,韩国国民养老金制度已经覆盖了全体劳动者。我国与韩国在文化传统、社会结构以及经济发展模式上有着许多相似之处,因此,韩国养老保险制度的成功实践经验对我国相关制度的建立与完善有着现实的借鉴意义。
