RAPD has been widely used in the studies on the molecular systematics of Fungi.Twenty-two samples representing three species of Lycogala from different geographic origins were amplified using 30 random primers. Banding patterns from RAPD markers were analysed with NTSYS to obtain the information on variation and evolution of the three species of Lycogala. The results showed that the three species are significantly different and L. exiguum is more closely related to L. flavofuscum than to L. epidendrum.%RAPD技术已广泛用于菌物系统学研究中。本研究用30个随机引物对来自不同地区的粉瘤菌属(Lycogala)内3种22份样品进行RAPD扩增。扩增图谱用聚类分析法分析,结果表明:所研究的粉瘤菌属的3个种种间差异明显,且小粉瘤菌(L.exiguum)在亲缘关系上与大粉瘤菌(L.flavofusum)稍近,而与粉瘤菌(L.epidendrum)稍远。
