从大庆盐碱土中分离到1株高浓度酒精耐受性纤维素降解细菌菌株ZY62.对该菌株的16sRNA进行序列分析确定其为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).以马铃薯渣和汁水作为发酵培养基初步优化ZY62菌株产羧甲基纤维素(CMC)酶条件,试验结果为pH值自然、37℃、150r/min发酵时 CMC 酶活最高;发酵120h后,薯渣与汁水转化获得的发酵产物中单细胞蛋白含量达到18.5%.小鼠增重试验结果表明马铃薯渣与汁水发酵后产物可部分替代豆粕.%An alcohol tolerance efficient cellulose-degrading bacterium ZY62 was isolated. The bacterium rnwas proven Bacillus subtilis by 16sRNA sequence analysis. The conditions of CMC enzyme production rnwere optimized when fermented in potato residues and juice without any foreign substances. When B.rnsubtilis was inoculated at 37 ℃, 150 r/min for 120 h without pH adjustment, the quality of single cell rnprotein reached 18.5% of total fermentation product. The fermented product can partly replace soybean rnmeal of the same weight in mouse feed test. The single cell protein from potato residues can be wildly rnused as feed in the future.
