柽柳保肝解酒颗粒剂的功效

摘要

为研究柽柳保肝解酒颗粒对小鼠乙醇性肝损伤的保护作用,试验观察了高、低浓度柽柳提取液与颗粒剂对乙醇性肝损伤模型小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量及肝匀浆溶液中白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)含量的影响.结果表明:柽柳高浓度颗粒剂可显著地降低模型小鼠血清中的ALT、AST的含量(P＜0.01),并能显著地提高ALB和TP的含量(P＜0.05).这说明柽柳颗粒剂对小鼠的乙醇性肝损伤具有保护作用.%The protective effects of Tamarix chinensis on liver injuries induced by ethanol in mice were studied. The model of ethanol induced liver injury in mice was used to investigate the content influence of Tamarix chinensis preparations with low and high doses on liver indicated by ALT, AST, ALB and TP. The Tamarix chinensis preparations with high dose can markedly reduce ALT and AST content and improve ALB and TP content. Tamarix chinensis preparations have protective effects on liver injuries of mice induced by ethanol.
