农村宅基地流转问题研究——以吉林市丰满区为例

摘要

Based on the ＂sample＂ area investigation,find rural homestead ＂recessive＂ trades very active;Analyzed the relations of rural residential land and benefit,financing and needs;Pointed out some problems existed in the circulation process of rural homestead at current and the randomness of circulation;Upon awakening rural homestead huge ＂dormant capital＂,increase farmer income of property,and try to give some advice on the circulation of countryside homestead standard orderly.%通过对＂样本区＂的调研,发现农村宅基地＂隐性＂交易十分活跃;分析了农村宅基地流转与利益、融资和需求之间的关系;指出了目前农村宅基地流转过程中存在的问题及流转的随意性;呼吁唤醒农村宅基地庞大的＂沉睡资本＂,增加农民的财产性收入,并试图为农村宅基地的规范、有序流转给出建议。
