从企业文化到企业绩效文化,这个逻辑链条反映了电信行业管理的创新机制。绩效文化的核心内容是绩效,文章以绩效文化内涵及功能为基础,通过分析目前我国电信行业现状及其绩效文化运作中存在的问题,得出电信行业建立完善的企业绩效文化是其管理创新必由之路的结论,并在此基础上提出电信行业要树立正确的绩效文化意识、完善制度规范以及积极学习国外经验的对策建议。%from the corporate culture to corporate performance culture, the logic chain reflects the management innovation mechanism in the telecom industry. The core of the performance culture is performance. Based on the connotation and function of performance culture, this paper analyzes the status quo of China's telecom industry and the existing problems in its operation performance culture. It concludes that to establish a sound corporate performance management innovation culture for the telecom industry is its only way out, based on which, it proposed to establish the correct culture consciousness of performance, to improve the system specifications and to learn from the experience of telecom industries abroad.
