儒家素质教育观的历史反思--兼论大学素质教育中儒家素质教育观的继承、转化和发展

     

摘要

儒家思想体系中的素质教育观朴素地总结和概括了教育若干规律,揭示了素质教育在认识论层面的基本要素,指出了教育应以“育人为本”“德育为先”。然而,其“忠孝”教育理念对现代大学德育内涵发展有着固有的制约作用,其对权力和政治的依附成为实施素质教育的阻力,其理论与实践相悖的历史影响是实施素质教育一大障碍。因此,实施大学素质教育应辩证性继承儒家“德育为先”的素质教育观,并对其进行创造性转化和创新性发展,从大学德育的改革入手,通过在教学、科研和社会服务中的文化传承与创新,在依法自主办学过程中落实大学素质教育。%The view of quality education in the Confucian ideology artlessly summarizes and generali-zes the law of education,reveals the basic elements of quality education at the epistemological level, points out that education should be based on principles of“educating person”and“moral education first”. However,its educational philosophy about“filial piety”has the inherent constraints to the moral connotation development of modern colleges and universities,its attachment to power and poli-tics becomes the resistance of the implement of quality education,its historical influence which the theory and the practice contradict is a major obstacle to the implementation of quality education. Ac-cordingly,in the implementation of quality education in colleges and universities,we should dialecti-cally inherit the view of quality education of“moral education first”in the Confucian ideology,crea-tively transform and develop in a innovative way the view of quality education in the Confucian ideol-ogy,starting with the reform of moral education in colleges and universities,through the cultural in-heritance and innovation in teaching,scientific research and social service,and carry out the quality education in colleges and universities in the process of running a school autonomously in accordance with the law.
