卓越课堂文化建设：动因、本质与路径--基于深圳前海学校卓越课堂文化建设实践之思考

摘要

In the era of globalization ,in order to meet the need of the development of internationalization of education , Shenzhen Qianhai School takes excellence in the classroom culture construction as the starting point ,with the exploration and practice of positive ,realizing the classroom from knowledge oriented “knowledge centered” into a growing need for “students centered” to the students;and reconstruct the classroom culture from “against the words” to “the classroom culture of dia-logue”,highlight the dominant position of students in the classroom with the realization of “the time returning to the student , the space to the students ,the leading role to students” and learning four guiles .%在全球化时代，为适应教育国际化发展的需要，深圳前海学校以卓越课堂文化建设为抓手，进行了积极有益的探索与实践。将课堂从以灌输知识为主导的“知识中心论”转变成以学生成长需要的“学生中心论”；将以往的“反对话型”的课堂文化重建为“对话型”的课堂文化，突出学生在课堂中的主体地位，实现“把时间还给学生、把空间还给学生、把主角地位还给学生”，构建“四学四导”路径。
