影响男护生职业心态因素调查及职业前景分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of male nursing students'professional attitude, and make a comprehensive analysis on the career prospects of male nursing students.Method: Professional identity questionnaire survey was carried out to 32 male nursing students,who were class of 2012 Nursing Department in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology College.The survey including the nursing professional cognitive status, the nursing professional identity and a sense of the psychological expectations of nursing occupation.Also analysised the effect of male nursing students occupational psychology of the main factors.Result:Male nursing students had a general lack of awareness of nursing occupation, poor professional identity, weak professional psychological expectation, and not optimistic about their prospects generally.Conclusion:Schools should exercise their clinical nursing ability for work purposefully,improve their self -confidence by strengthening occupational psychology counseling, and help practical-ly to? transfer role according to their advantage in nursing work.In addition, male nursing students should pay attention to the cultivation of sound person-ality and good communication ability while strengthening the cultivation of their comprehensive quality.%目的：探讨影响男护生职业心态的因素，并对男护生的职业前景进行全面分析。方法：对江西中医药大学科技学院2012级护理系32名在南昌实习的男护生就专业认同情况进行问卷调查，内容包括对护理职业的认知状况、对护理职业的认同感及对护理职业的心理期待，分析了影响男护生职业心态的主要因素。结果：男护生对护理职业认知普遍缺乏，职业认同感差，职业心理期待不强，并且普遍不看好男护生在护理专业的职业前景。结论：学校应根据男护生从事护理工作时的优势，在有目的锻炼男护生临床护理工作能力的同时，还应加强职业心态辅导，以提高他们的自信心，并帮助其切实做好角色转换。此外，男护生在加强自身综合素质培养的同时，还要注意健全人格及良好沟通能力的培养。
