明末徽州大狱与党争

摘要

In Tianqi of the late Ming Dynasty,Wei Zhongxian,the eunuch leader,together with his faction,persecuted the loyalists in order to plunder the wealth and control the central government. The three cases related only to the Huizhou people are “Huangshan grievance”,“Wang Wenyan griev-ance”and“Wu Huaixian and Yang Lianshu grievance”.These three pieces of injustice,although differ-ent forms,are related to Donglin Party,and essentially the political struggle between the eunuch group and Donglin Party.%明末天启年间，魏忠贤、客氏为首的阉党集团为了搜刮民财，打压社会清流，制造了不少冤狱，仅与徽州人士有关的就有“黄山大狱”“汪文言封疆通贿之狱”“吴怀贤圈点杨涟疏之狱”。这三件冤案，虽形式不同，但都涉及东林人士，本质上属于阉党集团与东林党之间的政治斗争。
