网络著作权利益相关者的博弈研究

摘要

With the advent of knowledge economy era,digital technology has become the mainstream of social development,the copyright protection becoming the focus of attention subsequently.In this paper, taking the game theory as a research tool,through the game analysis of stakeholders about network copyright,the author want to find out the balance of interests in the equilibrium state and put forward reasonable suggestions to the participants from the perspectives of legal norms,supervision system,network environment and industry self-discipline to reduce the incidence of violations,in order to arouse reflection on the network copyright protec-tion.%随着知识经济时代的到来，数字化已经成为社会发展的主流，网络著作权的保护也随之成为关注热点。以博弈论为研究工具，通过分析网络著作权利益相关者之间的博弈，找出利益平衡态，并以此为基础，从法律规范、监管体系、网络环境、行业自律等角度对博弈参与者提出合理建议以减少侵权行为的发生，以期引起大家对网络著作权保护的反思。
