PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly show correctness by correctly distributing the total sum of money for using and purchasing contents by a user to a rightful person related to the contents, a right intermediary group and a contents holder.;SOLUTION: A contents management right distribution system 13 distributes the fee which is the profit obtained by selling the contents to a person having the right to be given some of the fee (the contents holder 4, the copyright management entrepreneur 5, and the rightful person 6). The contents management right distribution system 13 has various databases 13h to 13q serving as storage means for storing the distributing destinations of all persons having the right to be given the fee and the amount of money to be distributed to the distributing destinations.
