淮海经济区经济差异的时空格局与影响因素

摘要

以淮海经济区20个地市为研究单元,以2003～2015年人均GDP为测度指标,采用泰尔指数等方法,分析区域经济差异的时空格局及影响因素.淮海经济区的经济差异呈先扩大后缩小的变化趋势,板块(苏北、鲁南、豫东、皖北)之间及其内部的经济差异变化与之相似,不同板块内部经济差异变化不同.经济水平空间上呈“东高西低”的分布格局,高水平城市主要集中在苏北和鲁南,但整体较为稳定.全球化、市场化、基础设施、技术水平和产业结构对淮海经济区经济差异有明显影响,并且存在一定的时序和空间异质性.实现淮海经济区一体化发展,应打破行政壁垒,进一步提高豫东、皖北的全球化、市场化、基础设施、技术和产业结构水平,并在不同区域制定差异化措施.%By using Theil index and the per capita GDP of 20 cities in Huaihai Economic Zone from 2003 to 2015,the spatio-temporal pattern of economic disparities is studied,and the effects of related factors are examined.Firstly,the economic disparities in the zone have expanded first and then narrowed,and those between or in northern Jiangsu,southern Shandong,eastern He'nan and northern Anhui show similar characteristics,but the change in different regions are different.Meanwhile,the economic level in the zone are characterized by "east high,west low",while northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong is high,but the overall pattern is stable.Moveover,globalization,marketization,infrastructure,technology and industrial structure have obvious influence on the economic disparities,and the temporal and regional differences are obvious.Therefore,to realize the integrated development of Huaihai Economic Zone,the key is to break down the administrative barriers.In eastern He'nan and northern Anhui,the globalization of markets,infrastructure,technology and industrial structure level should be further improved.Furthermore,the formulation of measures should be based on the actual conditions in different regions and phases.
