淮海城市群创新能力的时空格局及影响因素

摘要

采用突变级数、碎化度指数等模型,分析淮海城市群创新能力时空格局及其影响因素.结果表明:2002~2015年淮海城市群创新能力整体呈波动式增强之势,其空间分布呈先集聚后扩散趋势,区域差异呈先拉大后缩小之势;空间格局呈现由以徐州为中心向外围递减的核心边缘型格局向东北高西南低的倾斜型格局演变态势;经济基础、人才因素是淮海城市群创新能力提高的促进因素,而教育投入、信息化程度等因素抑制作用较明显,各因素对淮海城市群创新能力的影响作用也具有显著的空间差异.%By using the model of mutation series and fragmentation index ,the spatial-temporal pattern of the innova-tion ability and its influencing factors in Huaihai Urban Agglomeration were analyzed .The results showed that from 2002 to 2015 ,the innovation ability of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration presented fluctuating overall enhancement po-tential .Its spatial distribution showed first gathering and then diffusion trend ,and regional difference was first wid-ened then narrowing trend .Besides ,the spatial pattern showed a downward trend from the core-periphery pattern centered at Xuzhou to a low-profile pattern of northeast and southwest slopes .In addition ,economic basis and talent factor were the promoting factors for improving the innovation ability of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration ,while the inhibitory effects of educational input and informationization degree were obvious .It can be deduced that the impact of each factor on the innovation ability of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration also has significant spatial differences .
