零售企业人力资源管理存在的问题及对策

         

摘要

近年来,在我国扩大内需、刺激消费等政策的刺激下,跨国零售巨头纷纷看好中国零售市场,并掀起了大规模的扩张浪潮,同时内资零售巨头也通过兼并、重组等方式进行扩张。零售业人才需求量由此不断增加。目前我国零售企业人力资源管理存在一些突出问题,如员工总体素质不高、流动率居高不下、企业不重视员工的培训等。解决这些问题,必须注重员工培训、合理规划人力资源、加强企业文化建设等。%In recent years, our country has expanded domestic demand and stimulated consumption through various channels. The foreign retail giants show great interest in China' s retail strong market in the future, and start a wave of expanding. At the same time, the domestic retail giants compete fiercely with each other through annexation and reorganization. So there is a large demand for retail manpower. In fact, the employees in these markets have low quality and the retirement rate is always high. To solve these problems, enterprises must attach importance to staff training, make out scientific HR plan, strengthen culture construction.
