“伊斯兰国”在中亚的渗透主要包括：招募中亚公民加入，散播宣传材料，中亚籍武装人员回流，与中亚一些恐怖极端组织建立联系。劳动力移民生存状况恶化，中亚国家同其他国家的免签机制，武装分子聚集在中亚国家边境地区是“伊斯兰国”得以在中亚渗透的主要原因。“伊斯兰国”在中亚的渗透对中亚的地区安全、政治社会稳定以及与大国关系都产生了影响。%The penetration of the Islamic State into Central Asia finds expressed in the recruitment of citizens of Central Asian countries,the dissemination of the publicity materials,the re -flux of the fighters from Central Asia,and the connection with some terrorist groups in Central Asia.Major factors that contribute to the infiltration of the Islamic State into Central Asia include the deterioration of migrant labors’living conditions,the Visa-free regime between Central Asian nations and other countries,and the gathering of armed gangs along the borders of Central Asian countries.The infiltration of the Islamic State will impact the regional security,politics and social stability of Central Asia and the relations among great powers.
