随着人民生活水平的不断提高 ,居民对社区服务的内容和质量提出了更高要求.目前 ,油田社区工作人员的服务意识和能力素质离这种要求还有明显差距.因此 ,构建适合社区发展的员工培训体系 ,完善培训需求分析、确立培训目标内容、细化培训运行机制、严格培训效果评估,不断提高培训的针对性和实效性 ,从而提高社区工作人员的综合素质就成为油田社区发展战略的一项重要任务.%Continuous improvement of people's livelihood asks for higher standard for the content and quality of community service .Therefore ,promoting development of oilfield communities requires building a proper employee training system ,completing training demand analysis ,establishing training target and content , detailing operation mechanism ,controlling training effect evaluation and making the training better targeted and more workable ,thus increasing overall quality of community workers .
